On Wednesday, the Florida House and Senate passed legislation to protect Floridians against Biden’s COVID-19 mandates.
Governor Ron DeSantis spearheaded a special session and implored lawmakers to combat the unconstitutional medical mandates.
After a few hours of debate, four bills passed both chambers of the GOP-led legislature and will proceed to the governor’s desk.
Four anti-mandate bills are headed to the governor’s desk after the Florida Senate and House approved all of them. They will require more exemptions for businesses with mandates and develop a plan to withdraw from OSHA.https://t.co/LbDVQLbpVY

House Bill 1 – COVID-19 Mandates
House Bill 1 (HB 1) will prohibit private employers from imposing COVID-19 vaccine mandates for particular employees and will require employers to provide certain exemptions for employees from a vaccine requirement.
HB 1 will additionally nullify any governmental action that “imposes mandates” relating to COVID-19. According to the law, students may not be required by Florida schools to wear masks, and no governmental entity or education institution may require vaccination against COVID-19 for employment.
House Bill 1 bans COVID-19 jab mandates for government employees.
Private employers cannot enforce a COVID-19 jab mandate unless they allow the following exemptions:
-Proof of immunity based on prior infection
-Mask & testing alternative
In my opinion, this was the one downfall of the legislation.
You shouldn’t need an exemption from an experimental injection with severe side effects like myocarditis, strokes, and blood clots.
While it’s imperative to guarantee exemptions in the legislation, I think it’s absurd to need an exemption from such a dangerous injection.
But the inclusion of a natural immunity exemption will benefit millions of Floridians who’ve already recovered from COVID-19.
The biggest victory of House Bill 1 involves Florida school children.
The bill bans mask and COVID-19 jab mandates to attend school.
cont. from Florida’s Conservative Voice:
House Bill 7B – Vaccinations During Public Health Emergencies
House Bill 7B removes the authority of the State Health Officer to order vaccination of individuals upon a declaration of a public health emergency.
House Bill 5B – Florida Occupational Safety and Health State Plan
House Bill 5B requires the Governor’s office to develop a proposal for asserting Florida’s jurisdiction over occupational safety and health issues for government and private employees, in a seeming direct rebuttal to the Biden Administration’s policies with OSHA.
House Bill 3 – COVID-19 Vaccination Policies and Practices
House Bill 3 “provides exemptions from public records requirements for employee complaints alleging private employer’s violation of state law regarding employer COVID-19 vaccination policies or practices.”
Although the four anti-mandate bills were largely a success, Governor DeSantis didn’t get everything he wanted in the legislation.
The governor, however, will not get everything he wanted. State Republicans never liked the idea of stripping COVID liability protections from private companies that impose vaccine mandates, Politico reported.
Regardless, Floridians have more protection against Biden’s federal overreach after the passage of the four anti-mandate laws.
And in a savage move to throw shade at Biden, Governor DeSantis will sign the anti-mandate legislation in the town of Brandon, Florida.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is expected to sign an anti-COVID-19 vaccine mandate bill this morning, and he’ll do so in a location that gives a wink and a nod towards the Biden administration. DeSantis will sign on the dotted line in Brandon, Florida, where onlookers will be sure to greet the Governor with chants of “Let’s Go, Brandon.” Of course, that’s just because they’re proud supporters of their local community…
