South African Doctor Who Discovered Omicron Variant Says Symptoms Were Unusual But Mild

The popular word right now for the mainstream media and health bureaucrats is ‘Omicron.’

That’s the name of the ‘scary’ new variant discovered in South Africa.

In the United States, the fearmongering has gone into overdrive to make Americans terrified of this deadly mutation of COVID-19.

While ignoring his blatant hypocrisy, Biden banned travel from several Southern African countries.

Apparently, this isn’t considered racist or xenophobic anymore for Democrats:

The Post Millennial noted:

Biden had previously criticized Donald Trump for implementing a travel ban in the early days of COVID, and had accused Trump of “hysterical xenophobia” for other travel bans.

“At this point, implementing travel measures is being cautioned against,” stated Christian Lindmeier on Friday while speaking to the UN.

Despite this recommendation, and despite the fact that cases of this new variant have already been positively identified all over Europe and Asia, many governments worldwide apart from the US are also already going ahead with pre-emptive travel restrictions.

Among these countries are the UK, Japan, Singapore, Israel and many other European nations. These countries have instituted travel bans affecting countries such as South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho and Eswatini.

Fear porn fanatics attempted to whip the country into a state of panic like it’s a repeat of the initial 2020 outbreak.

By declaring a state of emergency, New York Governor Kathy Hochul had the most dramatic reaction to the ‘scary’ omicron variant that’s yet to arrive on American soil.

But according to Dr. Angelique Coetzee, the South African doctor who discovered the omicron variant, it has expressed symptoms “so different” and “so mild.”

Dr. Coetzee stated her team has treated “very mild cases” and she’s unsure why there’s such a panic over the variant.

According to South African Health Minister Joe Phaahla, travel bans were “unjustified.”

As reported by The Telegraph:

The first South African doctor to alert the authorities about patients with the omicron variant has told The Telegraph that the symptoms of the new variant are unusual but mild.

Dr Angelique Coetzee said she was first alerted to the possibility of a new variant when patients in her busy private practice in the capital Pretoria started to come in earlier this month with Covid-19 symptoms that did not make immediate sense.

They included young people of different backgrounds and ethnicities with intense fatigue and a six-year-old child with a very high pulse rate, she said. None suffered from a loss of taste or smell.

“Their symptoms were so different and so mild from those I had treated before,” said Dr Coetzee, a GP for 33 years who chairs the South African Medical Association alongside running her practice.

On November 18, when four family members all tested positive for Covid-19 with complete exhaustion, she informed the country’s vaccine advisory committee.

She said, in total, about two dozen of her patients have tested positive for Covid-19 with symptoms of the new variant. They were mostly healthy men who turned up “feeling so tired”. About half of them were unvaccinated.

About half of them were unvaccinated?

Doesn’t that mean about half of them were vaccinated, too?

Pandemic of the Unvaccinated?

Right?

Townhall relayed more specifics about the unusual but mild symptoms of Omicron:

Based on her observations, Dr. Coetzee noted her concerns for this variant are similar to all other variants.

Senior citizens and individuals with co-morbidities have the highest risk of serious complications from an infection.

Although the United States hasn’t detected an omicron case, Big Pharma assured Americans a reformulated shot will be ready in a few months.

Moderna & Pfizer have just enough time to rake in billions of more profits from their experimental COVID-19 injections that don’t stop transmission.

Don’t we love their generous philanthropy to combat this ‘scary’ variant!
