In a 6-3 decision, the United States Supreme Court refused to block the COVID-19 jab mandate for Maine healthcare workers with religious objections.
The ruling sets an egregious precedent that violates religious freedom, medical freedom of choice, and bodily autonomy.
Despite the admission from a Pfizer whistleblower that fetal cells were used in the production of the experimental COVID-19 injections, the Supreme Court denied religious exemptions.
With this Supreme Court decision, millions of Americans could face unemployment.

Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett sided with liberal justices to sway the vote against medical freedom of choice.

In the case of ACB, this is a predictable decision based on her past rulings.
Before Trump’s appointment, ACB supported the Illinois governor’s tyrannical lockdown order that decimated small businesses:

ACB also refused to block a COVID-19 jab mandate for college students at Indiana University.

To put it bluntly, the appointments of Kavanaugh & ACB are a major disappointment and misjudgment of character.
This latest decision is a spit in the face to the U.S. Constitution.
And those two appointees bare most of the blame.
Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote the dissenting opinion:
Maine has adopted a new regulation requiring certain
healthcare workers to receive COVID–19 vaccines if they wish to keep their jobs. Unlike comparable rules in most other States, Maine’s rule contains no exemption for those whose sincerely held religious beliefs preclude them from accepting the vaccination. The applicants before us are a physician who operates a medical practice and eight other healthcare workers. No one questions that these individuals have served patients on the front line of the COVID–19 pandemic with bravery and grace for 18 months now. App.
to Application for Injunctive Relief, Exh. 6, ¶8 (Complaint).
Yet, with Maine’s new rule coming into effect, one of the
applicants has already lost her job for refusing to betray her faith; another risks the imminent loss of his medical practice. The applicants ask us to enjoin further enforcement of Maine’s new rule as to them, at least until we can decide whether to accept their petition for certiorari. I would grant that relief
The Supreme Court ruling in the Maine case is the first time all nine justices were involved in a decision.
And the results were a dark stain in American judiciary history.
The highest court in the land disregarded medical & religious freedom in favor of corporate profit for pharmaceutical companies.
It’s a confirmation that the court system won’t end this medical tyranny.
